Venues & Dates for the Commonwealth Bank Ashes Series 2013/14 - England Vs Australia

The Ashes 2013 will be held in Australia where England will begin their defence of the Ashes in Brisbane with the 1st Test Match of the five match series being staged at The Gabba. Matches in Adelaide and Perth will follow, with Melbourne's Boxing Day Test and Sydney's New Year's Test completing the series. Full details of the venues and match dates are as follows.

1st Commonwealth Bank Ashes Test Match - Brisbane - 21 to 25 Nov

The exciting, cosmopolitan city of Brisbane will be hosting the first Test Match at the Brisbane Cricket Ground, affectionately known as the Gabba. Brisbane boasts some fine historical buildings, museums and galleries, as well as endless street cafés, restaurants and great shopping.
Ashes 2013 Adelaide

Chairmans XI v. England International - Alice Springs - 29 to 30 Nov

There is no break for England as they travel to Alice Springs for this traditional two day International against the Australia Chairmans XI. As well as top class cricket, it’s a great chance to see Australia’s amazing Red Centre and to discover the famous Olgas and iconic Ayers Rock.
